Please set aside an hour and use the time to find and learn your purpose, your goals, values, personality, characteristic, responsibilities, capabilities, strengths & weaknesses, special gifts & talents, and dreams.
Stop for a moment. Smell the roses. You should
control your own life rather than letting life control you. Don't just follow the herd and do what the society tells you to do. Find out what brings you happiness in life and not let the media portray its own version of happiness to you. Enough with my philosophical mumble-jumble.
The Personal Profile System test helped me. I now need to find and take the Spiritual Gifts test.

For reference. There are four interpretation stages for the Personal Profile System test.
1. Dominance
Emphasis is on shaping the environment by overcoming opposition to accomplish results.
2. Influence
Emphasis is on shaping the environment by influencing or persuading others.
3. Conscientiousness (mentioned above)
4. Steadiness
Emphasis is on cooperating with others to carry out the task.
Take the test. In addition to the emphasis for each personality, 1) the person's tendencies, 2) desires in an environment, 3) needs in others, and the 4) effectiveness are bullet-pointed and better describe the emphasis for each category.
Keep in mind, the four personality types are not
stages in which one can transition into and out of. For instance, after completing the test and the results concludes that you are in the STEADINESS category, you should not try to become a dominant person because the personality type is like night and day. The emphasis, needs, effectiveness, and environment contradicts each other, thus lowering the chance of reaching their potential. But no one will blame you if you want to try adapting to things in which an individual lack.
