The Great Commission Training Center (GCTC) is a program designed for those who have received a calling to serve as full-time staff members with Campus Crusade. It is the desire of every volunteer to see the Great Commission fulfilled in this generation. The GCTC program is a year-long intensive course that draws participating volunteers into all areas of the ministry. Upon completion of the training, volunteers are assigned to a campus as KCCC staff to begin working as missionaries on those campuses. The GCTC program aims to equip full-time leaders who will continue to help to fulfill the Great Commission as disciple makers and spiritual multipliers.
