A Great Learning Adventure
Students are welcome to dedicate a year of their lives for an exciting adventure in mission field. STINT interns will have the opportunity to work with the directors and staff in the main headquarters. The program will provide a combination of utilizing the education you received in college and the talents God gave you to facilitate evangelism and discipleship.

Foreign Language Training
Skillful and faithful workers are needed all over the world for the spiritual harvest. Speaking at least one foreign language is essential in this day and age. Your program training will begin with learning a new language. The STINT program has recruited excellent staff for teaching language classes. At least 2-4 hours a day in the morning (Monday-Friday) are given to language classes and time is allowed in the afternoon to go out on campus and practice speaking to native students.

Community Life
God is interested in the fellowship and character of His worker. Through experiencing life as a community, you can identify the personal differences in your group and learn to adapt and unit for a higher purpose. There are residence homes for the trainees in all the headquarters, except for the East Asia regions, which provide campus housing for the interns. You will build up teamwork and unity through group prayers and accountability.
