Departing Old Habits and Interests

Departing Old Habits and Interests

There are remaining habits and interests that I still resume to this day. I been doing lot of reflections and planning and came up with a lists of habits, interests, and responsibilities that I will get it removed after graduation. Transition shouldn’t be difficult. College year is over for me and the events and activities that have interested me back in high school and college year remains as a great memory and no longer an interest.

Buffet Restaurants

I just came back from indulging at a buffet restaurant. Like father and son, we love buffets. Options after options. I’m going to take my friends to a Korea buffet after the graduation ceremony. 8)
Tonight was not an ordinary buffet dinner night. This past weekend, I was playing this game after lunch and I had to share my weight since I was it. For a guy, we never hesitate to share our weight. When I did, everyone was surprised. They never imagined I was that light. Was I that underweight? Well, fortunately I am. 8) According to the school health office, my weight based on the average Americans my age is in the border of underweight and average. C’mon, average Americans are substantially heavier than Asian-Americans. I’m satisfied with my weight and my body fat. I can’t help being somewhat health conscious, high metabolism, drinking green/brown rice tea on a daily basis, and playing golf every week.
Going back to the buffet story, I practiced gluttony. I wanted to gain some weight but abnormal intake of delicious food on one night was not a great idea. But I feel great right now. I should instead concentrate on hitting the gym and drinking protein shake for a muscular build rather than practice gluttony and not seeing positive results.
