What is up with all the spam e-mails and spam threads in bulletin boards this week?

The spam blockers offered by CPanel is not very effective, unless of course I haven’t found the setting panel to increase the level or something. The time it takes to check all the spam mails and clicking delete is less than a minute (average 30 seconds), if you do this only a daily basis once or twice a day, it can add up. Time is one thing you can never get back.
