Uniqueness of KCM Korean-American Campus Mission (KCM) has three valuable aspects that make it a rich and a dynamic ministry. The first one is that there is a wonderful networking and unity among our campus students and the staff. All the way from Berkeley to San Diego, there are students and staff who strive to share one vision, one heart, and one hope in Jesus Christ our Lord. Secondly, KCM focuses on the importance of worship and that genuine worship will fuel our Mission Vision. On our campuses, at our monthly Missions Chapel, and in our evangelism, we aim to preserve a strong worship theme that carries over into passionate service. Thirdly, and most uniquely, we have one of the best short-term summer mission programs in Southern California and quite possibly even in the entire nation. KCM has extensive training and preparation procedures that include debriefing and follow-ups. This short-term mission program is the result of experiences and developments that have taken place for over a decade. Scope of KCM |

| Vision Statement: To be a Biblical community of believers demonstrating the gospel of Christ both locally and globally to the glory of God. Mission Statement: To mobilize God's people to obey His Word in order to impact the world. The History of KCM Korean-American Campus Mission had its origin as far back as the late 1970's when the Korean immigrant community was still in its early development. Pastor Tae Oon Suk, the Founder and current President, s[/b]tarted going out to various campuses with the simple desire to teach the Bible to Korean college students. However, as God led him and several of the other Pastors from the Oriental Mission Churches, they began to discuss the potential of a Missions Movement among the Korean college students. They saw a great number of young people who lacked vision and understanding to what God was doing in this world. Before long, these pastors merged together the community of Korean students with the ministry on the campuses, and bringing a vision for missions they formed Korean-American Campus Mission (KCM). KCM was officially recognized as a non-profit organization and a ministry in the fall of 1986. From the very beginning, God has been leading this ministry in developing into an extensive campus ministry and also an experienced program for Short-term Summer Missions. Over the years the Korean-American community has experienced a great deal of changes and transformations. However, KCM has remained a constant staple to challenge and nourish Korean-American college students amidst changes and adjustments. Currently, KCM is active on six major universities in California (UCSB, UCLA, USC, UCI, UCSD, UCR), and we have a Summer Missions program that is over 13 years in experience. By the grace of God we hope to expand further as we continue to mobilize the rich harvest of Korean-American Christians for the call to worship and to missions. |

| We believe that Bible is God's written revelation to man. It is verbally inspired in every word, and absolutely inerrant in the original documents. We affirm the infallibility, sufficiency, and authority of Scripture. We believe that there is but one Living and true God, an infinite, all-knowing Spirit, perfect in all His attributes, one in essence, eternally existing in three Persons- the Father, the Son, and Holy Spirit- each equally deserving worship and obedience. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory. We believe that the salvation of man, who is sinful and lost, is instantaneous and accomplished solely by the power of the Holy Spirit through the instrumentality of the Word of God when the repentant sinner- enabled by the Holy Spirit- responds in faith. This salvation is wholly of God by grace on the basis of the redeeming work of Jesus Christ, the merit of His shed blood and not on the basis of human merit or works. All the redeemed are kept by God's power and are thus secure in Christ forever. We believe in the Spirit-filled life. As the supernatural and sovereign Agent in regeneration, the Holy Spirit baptizes all believers into the Body of Christ at the moment of salvation. The Holy Spirit also indwells, sanctifies, instructs, empowers them for service, and seals them unto the day of redemption. We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the unsaved; the saved unto the resurrection of life and the unsaved unto the resurrection of damnation. |
