| About OKTA (OKTASC/OKTAJR) The World Federation of Overseas Korean Traders Association Inc. to you. OKTA, the Overseas Korean Traders Association, was established as an international Korean trading organization centered around the US and Japan on the 2nd of APril 1981, in order to promote our home country's trading industry and enhance our country's prestige. It is an international overseas economic/trading organization incorporated in 1994 under the guidance of the Korean Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy, and with the support of KOTRA with the aim of enhancing the relationship with our home country and of increasing mutual cooperation and benefits from industry information among its members.
