Talking Flickr and Photobucket

There are numerous photography websites that help you get your feet wet with your new digital SLR camera. Not all tutorial websites are good and you'll notice that most photography tutorials repeat itself because basically you are learning the same concept.

I did not take any photography class during college and I learned the basics (rule of third/composition, aperture, lighting) reading off the library books, online resources, and just playing around with the camera. I jumped into digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) camera early this year to advance in portrait and landscape photography. And I am appreciating the potential of creative arts coming out of this camera.

Flickr.com is a free photo hosting website that Flickr was acquired by Yahoo in 2005 and continues to grow in strong numbers annually.
